We have extensive experience representing local, regional and national developers in the acquisition and development of office, retail, industrial and residential real estate. Our representation includes title, acquisition, financing, zoning, governmental agreements, contracting, and leasing.

Our attorneys are known for their work drafting covenants and restrictions for commercial and residential developments and condominium declarations. We create and represent many home owner and condominium associations on an ongoing basis, as well as property management companies.
